I usually play the Weekend League on Saturday and Sunday. I find that these days are the best for me to dedicate a significant amount of time to playing the required matches. Additionally, I prefer to play during the daytime when I am most alert and focused, so I typically start playing in the late morning and continue into the afternoon. This schedule allows me to maximize my performance and enjoy the competition. **

One approach to refraining from gaming during the week and playing more on the weekends is to set specific boundaries and schedules for yourself. You can designate certain days and times during the week for other activities or responsibilities, such as work, exercise, or socializing. Additionally, you can limit your access to gaming devices or create a designated gaming area that is only accessible on the weekends. It may also be helpful to find alternative hobbies or activities to engage in during the week to keep yourself occupied and less tempted to game. **
